Core Competencies:

Employed 18 years with a major Houston area manufacture that utilizes 14 million pounds of polyurethane foam annually. I was responsible for the quality, product development, Maintenance and equipment design of the polyurethane foam system. I've had the opportunity to work with, sample, and performance evaluate all of the polyurethane systems available from the major manufactures to include, BASF, Dow, and Bayer.

Having had the opportunity to do performance evaluations on low density ½ pound open cell foam and high density 2.0 pound closed cell foams (ccSPF). I’ve gained the insight to quantify there are significant differences between these two urethane foams in strength, thermal performance and adhesion with high density closed cell foam being far superior.
